Finance Assistant

Flat Rock Technology Ltd. specializes in developing Software applications and Digital Affiliate marketing.

We are looking to recruit an Finance Assistant to join our Finance department.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for an international and constantly growing company. The position provides exposure to UK as well as Bulgarian accounting. Moreover, you will be involved in an interesting type of business and therefore a great chance to gain knowledge and progress.

Main responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices into the accounting software and expense database
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Add details for all new customers and suppliers in the accounting software and the database
• Post bank transactions related to payables in the accounting software
• Process Employee Expense Claims as required
• Booking invoices, bank transactions and other documents in the accounting software
• Assist the Finance Team as required
 

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Related accounting/finance experience
• Familiar with accounting software, spreadsheets
• Strong attention to details and highly organized
• Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers
• Excellent computer skills including very good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
