As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of Recruitment. You’ll support the team with a variety of critical tasks, from posting job ads to pre-screening candidates. This role is an incredible opportunity to witness the inner workings of a thriving BPO company and to develop a foundational understanding of HR and Recruitment.
Your role:
· Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
· Play an active role in reviewing CVs and pre-screening applicants.
· Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews and maintaining effective candidate communication.
· Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
· Conduct market research on hiring trends, talent pools, and recruitment best practices.
· Actively participate in identifying and attracting qualified candidates while engaging in recruitment-focused initiatives (career fairs, recruitment events etc.)
Who we seek:
· Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in German or Spanish would be considered as a plus.
· Educational background in HR, business, or a related field is advantageous.
· A strong interest in the field of Human Resources, eager to learn and grow within the industry.
· Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
· A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
