Established construction and investment company Domex Strategies & Sales LTD, with offices in Sofia and Varna, is seeking to appoint a Property Sales Consultant for its projects in Varna
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent command of the Polish ;
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude;
• Analytical thinking;
• Motivation to work hard and achieve results;
• Desire for professional development and learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processes client enquiries; advises clients, prepares and sends quotations in line with client requirements;
• Maintains daily communication with prospective and existing clients; presents the company’s properties; conducts viewings;
• Conducts negotiations to conclude deals;
• Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with clients;
• Maintains up-to-date and detailed information in the client database;
• Advises clients on available properties within the company’s developments;
• Contributes to achieving individual and team sales targets.
