E-Commerce Customer Support

Wilpe is experiencing rapid growth thanks to the international expansion of Organifer. Specializing in high-quality gardening products such as fertilizers, seeds, soil improvers, and plant enhancers, Organifer is leading the gardening sector with a strong online presence. To support our growing customer base, we are looking for a Customer Support representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, answer inquiries, and offer expert advice on our gardening products to help them achieve the best results. We are making the world literally a greener place. It is a plus if you also love gardening or you have gardening knowledge/background.
-Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide excellent service across multiple channels, including email and live chat, by addressing customer inquiries, providing order updates, and troubleshooting issues.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, offering solutions that reflect the company’s commitment to high-quality products and customer satisfaction.
Order Assistance: Help customers with product selection, order placement, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint.
Product Guidance: Provide detailed explanations and recommendations regarding the proper use and benefits of gardening products, ensuring customers feel confident in their purchases.
Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the team to help improve products and services.
-Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, live chat tools, AI tools, and other digital platforms to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive, "work hard – play hard" mentality.
Problem Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Any understanding and knowledge of gardening practices and plant care is a plus for the role, so you can provide effective support. Of course, our team will also be happy to help you build up the needed knowledge as you progress in the role.
