Join our technical support team and work for our newest client – a German-based technology consultancy company with an HQ in Bielefeld, focusing on the Salesforce and SAP market.
- Communicate with customers via different channels depending on the project.
- Guide customers into finding the best solution for them.
- Responsible for resolution of problems and reporting solutions.
- Answer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and collaborate with the tech teams to solve real-time issues that arise.
- Fluent in German (good level of English will be a plus).
- Previous experience in a customer-centric role, ideally in technical support.
- Knowledge or experience with SAP solutions (e.g. SAP Business Partner, SAP Treasury Management) will be a huge advantage.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented; able to manage tasks with a sense-of-urgency.
- Logical thinker with a process-driven mindse with a desire to collaborate in a team.
- A tech-savvy person with experience in a fast-paced and challenging role.
